ob33 Terms & Conditions

ob33 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. These Terms apply to users in Bangladesh ("user", "you").

• ob33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• A notice will be posted on the website when Terms are changed.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.
• These Terms are written in Bengali and are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.

To open an account on ob33, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Account Closure

A user may close their account at any time. To do so, please contact the ob33 support team. Any eligible balance must be withdrawn before closing the account.

All financial transactions on ob33 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ob33 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.)

3.2 Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• It is recommended that the deposit method and withdrawal method be the same.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, ob33 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold and will process it subject to identity verification.

ob33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 100% welcome bonus applies on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only).
• Example: For a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

• While one bonus is active, another bonus of the same type cannot be claimed.
• A bonus applies only to the account for which it was issued — it is non-transferable.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through fraudulent activity may result in account termination and balance forfeiture.
• ob33 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

ob33's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Users can gradually move up to higher tiers based on their activity and participation. VIP benefits are subject to change at ob33's discretion.

ob33 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment on its platform.

6.1 Permitted Gaming Conduct

• Playing games for personal entertainment is permitted.
• Each account is for personal use only — placing bets on behalf of or for a third party is prohibited.
• If you have any doubts or complaints about a game result, please notify the support team.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using any automated bot, software, or script to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Collecting bonuses or match betting through multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform is prohibited. In such cases, winnings may be voided and the account may be suspended.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes is completely illegal and prohibited.

By using the ob33 platform, the user accepts the following responsibilities:

• Keeping your account login credentials secure and not sharing them with anyone.
• Taking full responsibility for all activity carried out on the account.

ob33 always strives to provide an uninterrupted service. However, ob33's liability is limited in the following situations:

• Loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, or internet connection failure.
• Loss resulting from theft of or unauthorized access to a user's account credentials, where caused by the user's own negligence.
• Issues arising from the operations of third-party game or service providers.
• Consequences of failing to comply with local laws or restrictions applicable in the user's own country.

ob33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• If the account is found to belong to someone under 21 years of age.
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

Upon account termination, bonus balances may be forfeited. Eligible balances deposited by the user may be returned subject to review of the circumstances.
